HOW TO MAKE LIQUID SOAP

 Bottles of Liquid Soap

ESSENTIAL CHEMICALS AND TOOLS FOR MAKING LIQUID SOAP.

1) SLS/Rice (not rice as in food; it's just called "RICE")
2) Nitrosol
3) Texapop
4) Caustic Soda
5) Soda ash
6) Colour ( it depends on what colour you want your soap to be) eg. We used lemon.
7) Bowl(s) (for mixing the chemicals. Note! You don't mix the chemicals in a single bowl.)
8) Perfume
9) Sulphuric Acid
10) Preservative
11) Mixer/Turner

PROCESS IN MAKING

1) First of all, you fill in the big bowl with 15 liters of waters (note, the waters depends on the quantity of soap you wanna make). One1/2 liters will be removed from the main bowl for mixing of chemicals.
2) The soda ash and caustic soda goes into the 1liters and half liters respectively. Like I said earlier, the one1/2 liters reducted from the 15 liters of waters was what was shared into 1 liters and half liters for the mixing of soda ash and caustic soda respectively.
3) You keep on turning the caustic soda in the half liters of waters till it desolve.
4) Then nitrosol is added to the remaining 13half liters of water in the main bowl after it has been mixed in the 1 liters of waters.
5) Later on, sulphurnic and taxapop then goes into the main bowl respectively.
6) The soda ash mixed already in the 1 liters of waters is transferred in the main bowl as well as the caustic soda; and turning takes place.
7) After the texapop has desolved; the caustic soda and the soda ash has be added, the SLS/Rice is now added.
8) After all has desolved, the perfume and colour is now added. Note: the quantity of colour depend in how you want it.
9) Finally, the preservative is added and TURNING takes place.

NOTE!!! NEVER YOU PUT YOUR HAND IN THE SOAP WHEN YOU ARE'NT TRUE WITH IT. IT COULD PILL YOUR HAND. CHEMICALS LIKE  CAUSTIC SODA AND NITROSOL IS DANGEROUS.
