The Rays: A poem by Chidubem Egwudike

Lightness of God,
He is the lightness of nature,
And the Lightness of the brightest.

The one who chases away the darkness;
The darkness of the darkest.


It is so darker than space;
And just a twinkle of light chases it away;
Then comes a new day,
A day of a new world.

I wrote this in the year 2012; right in the Examination Hall when I was about to kick off for my Mathematics Examination. Lol.
It was initially titled "Lightness of God."
